Join Our Duke Energy Science Day on April 19th!

Meadowbrook Elementary was selected to host a Duke Energy Science Day by the North Carolina Science Festival.  The NC Science Festival is now a month-long celebration of science that occurs every April. For more information about the North Carolina Science Festival and a full calendar of events, visit www.ncsciencefestival.org.

Our event will take place on Friday, April 19th during normal school hours.  Each grade level will visit the gym for approximately 30 minutes to explore science activities related to their NC Standard Course of Study in Science.  Hands-on activities will introduce a range of science, technology, engineering and math topics in a way that is fun and easy to understand.
